CMIC SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 25, 2026
These terms govern participation in the CMIC ERP Work Order Notifications text messaging program operated by Brulia LLC, doing business as CMIC Window & Door («CMIC»).
Program purpose
The program sends operational messages to employees, authorized installers, subcontractors, and other approved recipients. Messages may include Work Orders, assignment notices, project information, scheduled dates, schedule changes, reminders, instructions, and secure links to CMIC records.
The program is not used for third-party marketing or promotional messages.
Enrollment and consent
Recipients enroll by providing their mobile number and written or other documented consent through a CMIC-approved process. By enrolling, a recipient authorizes CMIC and its service providers to send operational text messages to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Participation is voluntary. A recipient who declines or withdraws SMS consent may receive necessary assignment information through another CMIC-approved communication channel, subject to applicable company policies and operational requirements.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to assignments and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients should contact their wireless carrier for details about their plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and obtaining help
- Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation message may be sent, and no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient enrolls again.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact CMIC at (727) 230-7033 or officemanager@cmicflorida.com.
Recipients must notify CMIC if their mobile number changes or is reassigned so CMIC can update its records.
Acceptable use and secure links
Messages and linked Work Orders may contain confidential project or company information. Recipients must protect access to their device and must not forward secure links or confidential content to unauthorized persons. Access to CMIC systems remains subject to applicable company policies and permissions.
Privacy
CMIC’s SMS Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the program is collected, used, and disclosed. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
