SMS Consent Authorization
CMIC Window & Door is operated by Brulia LLC.
CMIC offers an optional operational SMS messaging program for employees and authorized installers. Messages may include Work Order assignments, project information, schedules and schedule changes, instructions, reminders, requests for action, coordination notices, and secure links related to assigned work.
This program does not send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.
How to provide consent
- Download the paper SMS Consent Form using the link below.
- Enter your name and mobile telephone number.
- Read and check the consent box.
- Sign and date the form.
- Return the completed form to your CMIC supervisor or office administrator.
CMIC retains the signed form as evidence of consent. A mobile number is enrolled in the messaging program only after CMIC receives the completed authorization.
